1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sk77 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the sk77 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific products or promotions offered on the platform. These terms apply to all users of sk77, including visitors who browse the platform without registering.

sk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the sk77 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

If you do not agree to any amendment of these terms, you must cease using the sk77 platform immediately and, where applicable, close your account. Continued use after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the sk77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. sk77 will verify eligibility during the KYC process and reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. To use sk77 you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age. sk77 applies a minimum age of 21 years to all players — this is higher than the general legal adult age in many jurisdictions and reflects sk77's commitment to responsible gaming.
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration or KYC may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of sk77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that is currently active on your account. Players who have activated self-exclusion and subsequently attempt to register a new account to circumvent the exclusion are in breach of these terms.

sk77 may require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until such documentation is received and verified.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account with sk77. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, sk77 may close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without notice.

• You must use a valid mobile number that you own and control. Your mobile number is linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other local wallet and serves as your primary account identifier on sk77.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. sk77 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or through any customer support channel.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify sk77 support immediately and change your password from a trusted device.
• Account names must match the identity documents submitted during KYC. Accounts held in false names, pseudonyms, or names other than the registered player's legal name will be suspended.

sk77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, and suspicious activity. Where any such activity is identified, sk77 may suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and investigate the matter before determining further action.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. KYC requires you to submit a clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid government-issued identity document. Accepted documents include: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Processing of KYC submissions typically takes 24–48 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

sk77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (Tether), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits which are outside sk77's control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not submitted and passed KYC.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the same account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. sk77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in names other than the registered account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets or exceeds the minimum.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

sk77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, sk77 may request additional documentation before the withdrawal is processed.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. USDT transactions are processed in USDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. sk77 does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee, although your payment provider may apply their own charges which are beyond sk77's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

sk77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions which will be published alongside the relevant offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a specific bonus explicitly states that it is a cashable bonus and where all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• sk77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have already been credited to player accounts, sk77 will honour bonuses already credited provided they have not been used to place any bets.
• A player may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — by registering duplicate accounts or using other methods — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Bonuses credited during seasonal promotions (such as BPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh special offers) are subject to the specific terms of that promotion. General bonus terms apply where individual promotion terms are silent on a particular matter.

sk77 uses automated systems to monitor for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated abuse between multiple accounts, and exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonus amounts. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on sk77 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt , Microgaming, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules as set out within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.

All games on sk77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by the game provider. The RNG ensures that every game outcome is determined entirely by chance and is not influenced by prior outcomes, player identity, account balance, or any other factor. sk77 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sk77. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering — using sk77 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Fraud — providing false identity documents, misrepresenting age, registering under another person's identity, or otherwise deceiving sk77 during the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Colluding with other players — coordinating bets, sharing account access, or otherwise acting in concert with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to interact with sk77's platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting, scraping, or interfering with platform functionality.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a technical error are required to stop playing and notify sk77 support immediately. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known or suspected technical error may be voided.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at sk77 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

sk77 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Evidence gathered by these systems is admissible in any internal or external dispute resolution process. Players found in breach of this section will not receive a refund of deposited funds where those funds are associated with prohibited activity.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

sk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached, or is reasonably suspected to have breached, any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• sk77 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, a regulatory direction, or a directive from a financial institution or payment provider.
• The player has submitted a self-exclusion request, in which case the account will be closed immediately and access permanently blocked for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player.
• The player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months and carries a zero balance. sk77 will send a notification to the registered contact detail before closing an inactive account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, sk77 will use reasonable endeavours to return any positive balance to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sk77 platform — including but not limited to the sk77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game content provided under licence from game studios, and all other materials — is the property of sk77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from the sk77 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of sk77.

sk77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sk77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, scrape, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the platform other than as explicitly permitted by sk77 in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or related to your use of the sk77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether sk77 had been advised of their possibility.

Without limiting the above, sk77 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from a player's reliance on information, advice, or content provided on the sk77 platform, including promotional content, game descriptions, and odds.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the sk77 platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical fault, force majeure events, or any other reason beyond sk77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of a third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any card network) where such losses result from the policies, errors, or failures of the third-party provider rather than sk77.

11. Privacy and Data

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or your use of the sk77 platform, sk77 operates an internal dispute resolution process. sk77 does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using sk77 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. sk77 targets the Bangladesh market and operates this platform for the use of players in Bangladesh who choose to use it on their own initiative and responsibility.
